As a precautionary measure in response to the recently reported Cloudflare vulnerability, we are performing unscheduled maintenance on Zendesk Chat on February 26th, 2017, across all pods between 3PM PST & 4PM PST. (11PM - 12PM UTC).
During this time, all Zendesk Chat login sessions will be terminated. This will result in Chat agents being logged out and forced to re-authenticate. Active chat sessions will also be terminated across all pods.
Our customers trust us with their data, and this is not something we take lightly. We strive to ensure customer and business data is always protected so our customers can rest easy knowing their information is safe, their interactions are secure, and their businesses are protected.
