Important: This integration is only available for customers using the Legacy versions of Zendesk Chat. For help determining which version you have, see Determining your Zendesk Chat account version.
If you use Jimdo content management system, you can follow the steps below to install Zendesk Chat widget in your website.
- Log into yourr Jimdo account and select Menu > Design > Advanced > Custom template.
- On the footer tab, insert your Zendesk Chat widget embed code above the </div> tag.

- Click Save and reload your browser to see the Zendesk Chat widget installed in your site.
