As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain system performance, reliability, security, and stability of the Zendesk Message infrastructure a maintenance window has been scheduled for August 10th, 2017.
To perform these activities, a 1 hour maintenance window has been scheduled for August 10th, 2017.
Start: 7:00 am UTC Thursday, 10 August
End: 8:00 am UTC Thursday, 10 August
Impact: Customers will be disconnected and should expect the Zendesk Message product to be down for the entire hour during the maintenance window. Messages received in the past as well as messages received during the downtime will be present in the product once the product comes back online.
