Emoji is the fastest-growing language worldwide with it being used by 92% of the online population according to a report by CMO. As an agent, you can now insert emoji using the emoji picker into your chats with website visitors and other agents in the account.
Where can I find emoji?
An emoji button is available in the Chat panel beside the Rating button, where you can easily access emoji to spice up your chats with visitors and agents alike. You can also find emoji in the Chat app within Zendesk Support.
What plans are eligible?
This feature is available for all accounts on any Chat plan and is supported both for standalone and Zendesk Support integrated customers.
