As an agent, it is always nice to put a face to a customer or visitor on your website. Until today, agents would only see placeholder icons when chatting with a visitor.
From today, agents will see avatar images for visitors that have either logged in via Facebook/Google on the widget or if they have an email address that matches a Gravatar profile.
This change is available to all customers on all plans today. There is no setting to change, it will just start appearing in the Chat dashboard.
The avatars will be available in the top bar app as well, it will not appear in the agent mobile apps.
