You can use Zendesk Chat on multiple websites using the same account. To do this, you just have to paste the same widget code on each site. With this, you can monitor all your websites' activities and reply to all chat requests in the same Zendesk Chat dashboard.
From the dashboard's Visitor List, you can see from which website they are from through the URL they're currently viewing.
You can also use our tagging feature so that you can immediately determine in one glance from which website of yours they're browsing and be able to assist them accordingly. You can do this either through API code or via trigger.
Through API code:
You can paste this API code on each website with the tag you want to use per website.
Through a Trigger:
Additionally, you can also customize the widget per website such as different color, image, text and greeting, language and others, using Zendesk Chat API codes. Here's a sample set of API codes for widget customization:
