The Chat analytics and operating hours are affected by your Chat dashboard's timezone. Here's how to set it up:
1. Log in to the Chat dashboard.
2. Under Settings on the left panel, click Account.
3. Click Timezone tab and then set your timezone in the drop-down menu.
4. Click Save Changes.
