How can I change my Zendesk Chat login email?
1. Log in to dashboard.zopim.com
2. Under Settings on the left panel, click on Personal.
3. Click the Profile tab.
4. Click on the Change link right below your login email.
5. You will be redirected to this page where you will enter and confirm your new email address and your current password. Then click the Change Email button.
After that you will receive an email in the new email address with the Verify button. After verifying it, you'll start using the new email address to log in to the dashboard.
Note: If you have created your chat account within Zendesk Support, you can change your login email in your Profile page within your Support instance.
