    Hi there! Awesome feature!

    It grabbed my attention and I'd liked to clear many doubts.

    Would it be able to include a checkbox? So that user would be able to accept GDPR Privacy Policy and we would be able to record this acceptation within the conversation, and perhaps tag it.

    Furthermore, could we put clickable buttons with preset options, leading user to different answers (a specific contact e-mail) or actions (asign an agent)?

    We will be adding the ability to add rich media like buttons, quick replies, etc. in our chatbot solution. Stay tuned for more information on that before the end of this year. Currently, it is mainly text-based. Hope that helps!
