As a commitment to creating a more consistent experience for all our Chat customers, we will permanently be removing the Zopim.com website from October 31, 2018.
How does this affect you and your chat team?
Starting October 31, 2018, please use the direct dashboard.zopim.com link to login to your Chat accounts. All your account settings will remain intact and there will be no other changes to your account.
Pro tip: Bookmark dashboard.zopim.com as your Zopim account login on your browser and save yourself some time! Be sure to share this tip with the rest of your Chat team as well.
