    Do you want to use a trigger + options to poll your visitors?

    Use this in triggers.
    Today it is only possible in shortcuts.
    That way many things is possible, like an autochat, where when the user select an option another trigger is fired.

    I strongly agree that this would be very helpful.

    My usecase:

    When a user opens the chat window, I want to ask him whether he is a reseller or end customer. Based on this info, I can then add a vistor tag to the chat...

    we will give the visitor a statement, with an option to answer with yes/no

    upon his answer, we will send another trigger.

    The next trigger will guide the visitor to the next step.

    I also would like this feature, it seems other solutions do have this but it does not look like it will be available in this product, I also posted request but got this back, perhaps no time to add it this year?

    トリガーにショートカットが設定できれば、簡単な辞書型チャットボットができ、顧客の問合せ時間も短縮されWIN-WINの関係を築くことができます。

    チャットボットを導入するほどではないが、定型対応を素早く終わらせたいZendeskユーザーはたくさんいると思います。

    実現を期待しています。

    I shared this suggestion in a similar another discussion. I feel agents will like multiple checkbox inputs too.  Also 
    [input] Your name?
    can show text input inside chat and could be more interactive in the chat
