    Hi Thomas,

    This is expected behaviour and is required for the situations when a chat is transferred to another agent or another agent joins the chat conversation. The rating is fluid and can change throughout the conversation. In terms of reporting, it only looks at the final rating for the chat session.

    We have no plans to change this behaviour.
