Currently, missed chat wait times are broken down as
The bulk of our wait times are in the 1m+ category but I have no way of seeing exactly where they are. Are they 1m 10s before abandon? 5m? 10m? Worse?
I can't diagnose our user behaviour for missed chats without being able to go deeper. Please allow for drilling into these ticket buckets to be able to see the exact times waited!
