    Hi Ian,

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback.  I hope you are having a nice day today.  Unless I'm misunderstanding, you can go to the Analytics section and choose a custom date range, which can go back more than 90 days.  I've included a screenshot below for reference -

    Hi James,

Thank you for your response, however I think your date range is only set for 30 days. The dates are MM/DD/YYYY format as opposed to DD/MM/YYYY as we would use in the UK. You can also see this confirmed at the top of the summary as that's only September 1st to September 30th 2015.

    Thanks, Ian.

    Hi Ian,

I was definitely misunderstanding; you want to see more than 90 days of data in one graphic, rather than go back more than 90 days.  Is that it?

Yes, I would like the Analytics page to show more data than just potentially 90 days.

The only way you can do this now is to extract the data in to a CSV and use spreadsheets to work out the totals. Why can't this be done with the Premium Package within the analytics area. 90 days of reporting is not enough when you have to construct reports for how your Support Team are doing for the year versus previous years.
