Whenever I need to get a report for my superiors, I need to download the data from Zendesk's Chat Analytics page.
However the information in terms of response times, Chat duration, and wait times are all in seconds.
Can we not have this all in minutes as the graph on the analytics page shows? as currently it means i have to manually edit each bit of data.
Which in the long run is going to cause an issue, as if I leave, or someone else needs to do the report while I am away they will need excel skills to do so.
Can this be incorporated in a future update or just as an option?
